After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Long Phuoc to visit a former wartime tunnel complex. Then continue by coach to the former Australian Task Force Base (ATF) at Nui Dat. Then visit the Nui Dat Kindy (Stage 1 built by the AVVRG in 2004 Stage 2 of the project awaiting approval and construction to begin 2009 ) and former military landmarks such as, SAS hill,” Luscombe Field “ air strip, Luscombe Bowl and the “Kangaroo South Pad” a Helicopter dust off strip and the Pearly gates.
Arriving at The Long Tan Memorial Cross, we do memorial service at the Cross Site. We travel to the Horse Shoe (Former Fire support Base, the elevated site of an extinct volcano). Return to Ba Ria, end of the Old Battle Field tour.
Lunch at local restaurant . The proceed to Vung Tau beach for sight seing : sea bathing, visit memorial statue of Saint George (30 m high) on Small Mountain - the highest Saint statue in Viet Nam, visit Niet Ban Tinh Xa, the most beautiful pagoda in Vung Tau on hill-slope facing the sea.
